Oberto Hires New VP of Sales for the Convenience Channel

Austin promoted to executive VP role

KENT, Wash. -- Oberto Brands has named Traver J. (TJ) Powers as vice president of sales--convenience. In this role, he will lead Oberto’s national convenience team.

Powers has spent the last 13 years of his career with the Kellogg Co. in various sales roles. Most recently he held the position of national account manager. Powers currently serves on the NACS Supplier Board.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Powers and his family will continue to reside in the Chicago area.

“We are really excited to have TJ join the Oberto family. His depth of experience in convenience as well as his passion to win will position us for continued growth in this channel,” said Tom Ennis, president and CEO of Oberto Brands.

Lisa Austin, Oberto Brands' current vice president of sales--convenience, has been promoted to executive vice president of sales effective January.
