Sabra Announces Guacamole Grab-And-Go Snack

Newest Grab N' Go product combines dip with Tostitos chips

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Sabra Dipping Co. has announced a new on-the-go snack, Guacamole Grab N' Go.

The product combines Sabra's guacamole with Tostitos Rolls tortilla chips in a 2.8-ounce package with 220 calories.

"We were inspired by Sabra guacamole lovers to expand our line, giving fans an easy way to enjoy guacamole on the go," said Tracy Luckow, managing director of new business for Sabra. "Growth in the category and consumer interest in on-the-go options has driven this innovation," she said.

Sabra's products include more than a dozen flavors of hummus and refrigerated dips and spreads including salsa, guacamole and Greek yogurt dip. The White Plains, N.Y.-based company is a U.S./Canadian joint venture between Strauss Group and PepsiCo. The Sabra joint venture draws on both Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, and Strauss Group's expertise.
