Skinny Cow Unveiling New Products Across Three Categories

Rolling out new ice cream, candy and its first beverages

OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Skinny Cow brand recently announced that it is launching nine products across its 2015 portfolio of ice cream, candy and for the first time, beverage. Three new Creamy Iced Coffee Drinks, two new Blissful Truffle Candy Bars, three new Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bars and one new Ice Cream Candy Bar flavor are joining a family of "sensible" treats.

"It's a breakthrough year for Skinny Cow. We are thrilled to be sweetening our already delectable line-up with a contemporary, stylish new look and an entirely new collection of tasty innovations--a new category introduction in iced coffee, a decadent truffle-layered candy bar and the first-ever low-fat ice cream bar in our category to be fully dipped in rich chocolate," said Seema Sundar, brand manager for Oakland, Calif.-based Skinny Cow. "Available early 2015, the new Skinny Cow treats will inspire you to turn everyday moments into impossibly good indulgences."

  • Skinny Cow Creamy Iced Coffee Drinks. The Skinny Cow collection of treats is expanding into the beverage aisle with the launch of NEW Skinny Cow Creamy Iced Coffee Drinks. A blend of roasted coffee whipped with creamy milk, the new beverages have 120 calories per bottle. Skinny Cow Creamy Iced Coffee comes in three flavors--Mocha Latte, Vanilla Latte flavors and Creamy Cappuccino--and will be sold in four-packs and individual bottles in the ambient beverage and chilled drinks aisles of retail stores nationwide beginning January, 2015, available in 8-oz. bottles at a suggested retail price of $1.99 per individual bottle and $5.99 per four pack.
  • Skinny Cow Blissful Truffle Candy Bars. A new take on a classic chocolate bar, Skinny Cow Blissful Truffle Candy Bar offers a serving of chocolate, layered with soft truffle, at 130 calories per bar. The new Skinny Cow Blissful Truffle Candy Bar will be available in two flavors--Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate--and can be found in candy aisles nationwide beginning January 2015. Available in 0.77-oz. bars in packs of six, at a suggested retail price between $3.99 and $4.99.
  • Skinny Cow Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bars. Skinny Cow is introducing an ice cream bar that is fully dipped in chocolate and made with low-fat ice cream. There are three flavors--Vanilla Almond Crunch, Double Caramel Swirl and Triple Chocolate Ripple--all under 190 calories each. Skinny Cow Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bars will be available in the frozen section of grocery stores nationwide starting February 2015. Available in 2.65-oz. bars in packs of five at a suggested retail price of $5.49.
  • Skinny Cow Ice Cream Candy Bars. Skinny Cow Ice Cream Candy Bars will be available in a new Mochaccino Crunch flavor, offering a blend of coffee and chocolate flavors. The Mochaccino Crunch Ice Cream Candy Bar can be found in the frozen section of participating stores nationwide in February 2015. Available in 2.1-oz. bars in packs of five at a suggested retail price of $5.49.
