LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. -- Stewart's Shops has opened its new Adirondack-style food, dairy and convenience store in Lake George, N.Y. Installation of the gasoline dispensers will be completed in mid-June, the company said. The shop offers a variety of groceries and convenience items, and ATM and will include six gasoline pumps with pay-at-the-pump service.
The store is holding a job fair today, said the Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based retailer.

In other company news, the Stewart's Shop located in Queensbury, N.Y., is currently undergoing a remodel and will soon offer customers a more convenient shopping experience. The remodel includes an expansion to the cooler to enable the store to offer more beverages and dairy products.
The shop will host a TGIFinished celebration on June 12, the company said. There will be a barbeque, and the store will offer specials during the day.
