Smoker Friendly Adds Stores

Nine Cigarettes For Less in W. Ky., two Two Brains in Ariz. join dealer program
BOULDER, Colo. -- Smoker Friendly International has announced the signing of nine Cigarettes For Less stores in western Kentucky. These stores now carry the exclusive line of the SF/Smoker Friendly Tobacco Brand Family along with other tobacco and tobacco accessory offerings.

Cigarettes For Less stores, located in Paducah, Draffenville, Mayfield, and Wickliffe, Ky., are owned and operated by siblings Kim Overby and Randy Kingcade. Kim opened the first Cigarettes For Less store in 1997 and stays busy with the store operations while her brother, Randy, is busy handling computer [image-nocss] systems, merchandising and remodels. Randy joined the company in 2000, taking an early retirement from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. after 20 years of service. The Cigarettes For Less chain is made up of six full-line tobacco shops and three convenience stores.

Meanwhile, Smoker Friendly also has announced the signing of Two Brain LLC. Two Brain acquired the Smoker Friendly Stores in Lake Havasu City and Peoria, Ariz., from S.R. Flaks Co., Colorado Springs, Colo. Two Brains is located in Phoenix and is owned and operated by Brenda and Richard Brain. Brenda was employed by S.R. Flaks Co. as its district manager and began her career 14 years ago as a store associate.

This store continues to carry the exclusive line of the SF/Smoker Friendly Tobacco Brand Family along with other tobacco and tobacco accessory offerings.

With more than 700 stores across the United States, Smoker Friendly is America's largest cigarette and tobacco store (CTS) retailer. The Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer Program is designed for existing retail tobacco store operators who wish to market their own brand of competitively priced private-label products within an exclusive territory that is geographically protected. This program is for the tobacco retailer who would like the advantages of a buying group; wants more interaction with other cigarette and tobacco store retailers including information and idea sharing; clout with manufacturers; and the greater synergies that a nationally known private-label brand like Smoker Friendly provides.
