Tantus Tobacco Names Rudolfs President

Previously was executive vice president of marketing at Murphy USA

RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky. -- Tantus Tobacco has announced that it has named John Rudolfs to the position of president.

Rudolfs was most recently executive vice president of marketing for El Dorado, Ark.-based Murphy USA Inc., which operates more than 1,200 gas stations and convenience stores in 23 states.

He has had a successful track record of helping lead and build companies, in roles as diverse as business development to president, in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, with advanced education and training in finance and logistics from the United States Navy Supply Corps Schools in Athens, Ga.
