CHESTERFIELD, Mo. -- Mark James Dunham, the chief executive officer of WorldWide Distribution LLC and former chairman of Premier Manufacturing Inc. died on March 23, 2014, at the age of 57.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, and children Amanda, Christine and Kayla.
Born in Ceres, Calif., Dunham was raised in Modesto and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Pepperdine University. During his high school years, Dunham played clarinet in the United States Honor Band, touring across Europe. He later served in the Army National Guard in California for six years and began a successful career in the tobacco industry in 1980 when he joined Brown & Williamson as a sales representative.
Dunham was an innovator in his industry and worked with several companies before founding Premier Manufacturing in Chesterfield, Mo., in 1995. Within two years, Premier was named the fastest growing privately held company in St. Louis by The St. Louis Business Journal. Following the sale of Premier Manufacturing in 2011, Mark founded WorldWide Distribution in Chesterfield, a rapidly expanding provider of e-vapor products.
