CLAY CENTER, Kansas -- Leiszler Oil Inc. has joined the VP Racing Fuels Inc. roster of retail brand partners. In addition to operating 16 Short Stop Convenience stores, the company also provides wholesale distribution of fuels to 14 branded and 13 unbranded retail sites in central and northeastern Kansas.
