GASSVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas fuel wholesaler and convenience store owner Magness Oil Co. has purchased six gas station sites with Exxon fuel distribution from Tiger Mart, according to Station Sales & More Inc., which brokered the transaction.
All of the stores were leased to the dealers simultaneously.
Magness Oil did not respond by press time to a request for comment.
Establishes in 1960, Gassville, Ark.-based Magness Oil is a family-owned fuel supplier of gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel products to businesses in Arkansas and surrounding states, including [image-nocss] Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. The company also provides 500- to 20,000-gallon tanks for construction businesses, boat docks, marinas, small airports and offers fuel branding for convenience stores, gas stations and small airports.
The company also operates and leases more than 40 Snappy Mart and On the Run convenience stores.
Station sales & More, formerly known as Fine Investments Inc., offers more than 150 single sites and packages available for sale, including more than 30 sites with distributorships in Texas, up to 10 sites with distributions in Tennessee and more than six sites with distribution in Wisconsin.
