TA installs on-island dispensers at Spokane, Wash., Kingman, Ariz., sites
WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC has announced the installation of on-island diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dispensers at its Kingman, Ariz., and Spokane, Wash., Petro truckstop locations. These become the third and fourth at-island DEF fueling locations launched within the last 30 days.

Recently, TA said that it expects to install about 50 on-island DEF dispensers at locations across the country in 2011.

Installations will use new dispenser and point-of-sale (POS) systems that will make purchasing DEF quicker, more efficient and customer friendly, the company [image-nocss] said.

The Kingman site is located on Interstate 40. The Spokane location is on Interstate 90.

TA and Petro branded locations also currently offer 2.5-gallon containers of DEF at all 228 locations, available at the fuel desk, travel store or truck maintenance counters, and all of the company's RoadSquad emergency roadside vehicles carry a supply of DEF.
