Sinclair, Wright Express Develop Joint Distributor Program

Deal includes online product

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine -- Wright Express Corp. has reached an agreement to develop and manage a joint fleet card program through a strategic relationship with Sinclair Oil Corp. In addition, Wright Express will support a Sinclair-branded online product to which the Sinclair distributors and fleets will have access.

Wright Express worked with Sinclair to develop a distributor-based offering with features that met the needs of Sinclair's distributors and its fleet customers. This offering is designed for companies that already sell fuel as well as vehicle-related [image-nocss] services to the commercial fleet market. In such programs, the logos of both Wright Express and the partner appear on every card

Sinclair Oil is a great relationship for us, said Michael Dubyak, President and CEO of Wright Express. This strategic alliance gives Wright Express access to a major distributor-based oil company which will continue to benefit all parties involved as we expand our business into this new market.
