D&H United Fueling Solutions Announces Acquisition, Team

Petroleum, c-store industry vet Sasnett named CEO

SAN ANTONIO -- D&H United Fueling Solutions Inc. has purchased the assets of D&H Pump & Environmental and United Pump Supply. The combined companies will be known as D&H United Fueling Solutions Inc.

Bo Sasnett, a 30-year petroleum and convenience-store industry veteran, has joined the company as CEO.

John Farrell, a longtime key executive, will continue with the company and has been named COO. The existing branch management teams will continue to oversee the company’s seven branch office and warehouse locations across Texas and New Mexico. In addition, Bo Sasnett, a 30-year industry veteran, has joined the company as CEO.

Senior management has partnered with Third Century Investment Associates LP, an Atlanta-based private-equity firm. Third Century will provide resources that will allow the company to continue to grow and better serve its customers.
