TEMPLE, Texas -- PDI, a provider of enterprise-class automation software systems to the retail convenience-store and wholesale petroleum industries, has completed the acquisition of Intellifuel Systems Inc., a provider of fuel-management and logistics solutions for downstream and midstream participants in the fuel supply chain.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
Intellifuel provides solutions across the fuel supply-chain market. Downstream, the company helps petroleum marketers automate the entire order life cycle. Midstream, it provides terminal automation systems, custody transfer, terminal and rail-car scheduling, inventory position management and customer/stockholder portal solutions.
