SIMSBURY, Conn. & OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. -- Veeder-Root, a leading provider of fueling logistics applications, in partnership with CSPmagazine, is hosting a webinar today, July 30, at 2 p.m. EST that will explore new strategies on how retailers can grow margins and volumes.

The webinar, "Turning Increased Fuel Demand into Increased Fuel Profit," will feature presenters Ryan Mossman, senior director of managed services at Veeder-Root; Todd Holt, senior product manager at Veeder-Root; Ray Swearingen, fuel services manager at Veeder-Root and Ben Sunderlin, general manager from truenorth LLC. The webinar is open to all fuel retailers, distributors and convenience-store operators.

With lower consumer prices and a volatile fuel market it can be difficult to protect fuel margins and can add pressure on inventory and replenishment planning. This webinar will help attendees establish a plan to protect fuel margins and manage their inventory supplies, ordering and forecourt strategy.

"Even the best fuel plans can be disrupted by subsequent changes in supply and demand and we're helping organizations utilize predictive analytics and ensure deliveries are on track," said Mossman. "During the webinar, we'll discuss fuel pricing shifts and consumer behavior trends and outline ways to help attendees boost fuel profits."

This free webinar is taking place on July 30, 2015 at 2 p.m. EDT and attendees can register here. Attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions relevant to their specific business challenges and learn more about:

  • How to maximize lower fuel prices to drive greater volumes from the end of summer through the end of the year.
  • How to manage fuel inventories to protect against run-outs and protect margins.
  • How to dovetail forecourt and backcourt strategies to drive more motorists into the store.

"This webinar is designed to provide an opportunity for fuel retailers and c-store operators to learn about both the state of fuel trends currently and to gain an understanding of what's to come and how they can prepare as we head into fall," said Mossman.
