In 2016, Anderson, Ind.-based Ricker’s added fresh, made-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner options such as pizza, breadsticks, deli sandwiches and salads to its foodservice offering. Consumers rated Ricker’s doughnuts and sandwiches as its most craveable items, but the brand is also known for its Ricker Pop. Consumers love the crushed, chewable ice and the fill-up station’s cleanliness. The brand recently installed bean-to-cup machines for fresh coffee, as well. “Their drinks are very craveable,” said one consumer.

In 2013, Ricker’s launched the AhhBurrittos food truck to appeal to on-the-go customers. The food truck serves Ricker’s convenience stores and several street locations. Customers can order customizable burritos, quesadillas, tacos and nachos, complete with four different housemade salsa options. They can then wash down their Mexican eats with a 32-ounce Ricker Pop from a fountain on the side of the truck.
