LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- Brian Wright, managing partner of Executive Leadership Solutions (ELS), said that Meagen Anderson-Simek has joined the company as a senior executive recruiter for the supplier division.
In Chicago, Anderson-Simek was a territory sales manager for Philip Morris USA, specializing in the cigarette category for 150 accounts. Focusing on profitability and by using a tactical marketing approach, she was successful in increasing market share in her territory and developing strategic relationships among her business partners, said ELS.
After moving to Dallas, she was approached by a corporate firm to recruit for industrial positions and increase sales in the branch. This brings Anderson-Simek to ELS with extensive knowledge in the tobacco and supplier industries as well as a newfound passion for recruiting, the firm said.
Lehigh Acres, Fla.-based ELS is an executive search firm that specializes in executive recruitment for the convenience store, petroleum, travel center and related supplier industries.
