FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Brian Wright, managing partner of Executive Leadership Solutions and Coleman Haley & Wright, has announced two leadership changes at Executive Leadership Solutions and its sister company, Coleman Haley & Wright.
Convenience store veterans Steve Hostetter and Bob Iezzi have assumed new positions. Hostetter has assumed the role of Chief Placement Officer for Executive Leadership Solutions. Iezzi takes the leadership reins as chief operating officer at Coleman Haley & Wright.
Bob Iezzi has spent most of his adult life in the c-store industry. Growing [image-nocss] up in an entrepreneurial family, he was behind the counter at a very young age and joined Thornton Oil Corp. shortly after graduating from college. During his 23 year tenure there, he came up through the ranks starting as a manager in a gasoline-only operation and progressed his way through each operational position to be the vice president of operations, then vice president of marketing and ultimately last served as the executive vice president for the corporation and served on the board.
Steve Hostetter originally joined Executive Leadership Solutions after previously serving as executive vice president and COO of DB Cos. Inc. of Rhode Island and Kangaroo Inc of Georgia. He began his career in the c-store industry as a store manager for Sheetz, where he was later promoted to merchandising manager, regional manager and then director of operations. After Sheetz, he was the president of his own chain of 12 c-stores, Hostetter Oil of Florida. After selling that venture, he joined Circle K as a division president.
