"I'm looking forward to working with NRC Realty Advisors from the inside," said Weber. "I've already worked with NRC principals in a number of ways over the past few years, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism, dedication and determination to get the job done. I'm thrilled to be part of such a great organization and to have their extensive support network available to my existing clients as well as enabling me to reach out to new clients as well."
Weber began his career in the downstream segment of Shell Oil Co. During his tenure there, he served in various sales and marketing management capacities and was responsible for Shell's investments in dealer and company-operated retail markets, including New Orleans, Birmingham, Ala., and Chicago.
Subsequently, Weber was an international consultant in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy Practice. There he developed the Dynamic Brand Management practice model for ADL's marketing practice and was responsible for ADL's quarterly energy supply and demand reports for the U.S. and world markets. He then spent 10 years with Roundtree Capital, a private equity group, as a principal with its affiliates, having a primary responsibility of building and managing its investments in wholesale fuel and convenience retailing, manufacturing and biotechnology. While there, he was responsible for the growth of the investment portfolio from $100 million to $600 million in annual revenues.
Most recently, Weber founded and operated Corner Capital Partners LLC, which provided investment banking and advisory services to companies with revenues up to $500 million, with a specialty focus in gasoline and convenience retail.
