Delek Completes BP Deal

Superstop buys two BP stations in separate deal

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Delek US Holdings Inc. has completed a dealas reported in CSP Daily News in mid-Novemberfor 25 stations and four properties in Nashville, Tenn., from BP Products North America for $33 million, said The Jerusalem Post.

A unit of Netanya, Israel-based Delek Fuel Group Ltd., Delek USA gained ownership of 20 stations and leasing rights to an additional five, all of which have convenience stores.

Delek plans to build stations on the properties, with the company owning three of them and holding the leasing rights [image-nocss] to the other one. The stations will continue to operate under BP's brand.

Delek Group owns Delek Petroleum Ltd, which owns Delek, The Israel Fuel Corp. and Delek USA.

Separately, two BP gasoline/c-stores in Fairhope, Ala., were purchased for $2.85 million by the owners of Superstop, Meridian, Miss., according to Tim Herrington of Saad & Vallas Realty Group, said the Mobile (Ala.) Register.
