LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- Brian Wright, managing partner of Executive Leadership Solutions Inc., said that Ben Tison has joined the company as a senior executive recruiter.
Tison joins Executive Leadership Solutions after previously serving as senior vice president of operations for RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. He began his career in the convenience store industry as a project manager in the methods and systems department for RaceTrac. During his 12-year tenure, he was promoted to director of methods and systems, vice president of operations and then senior vice [image-nocss] president of operations. At various times for RaceTrac, Ben directed the information systems, marketing, merchandising and special projects departments.
Ben's in-depth experience in the industry and his ability to partner with suppliers during his time at RaceTrac make this an exciting fit.
