GAZ Realty Building 'Super Station'

Wins the rights to construct, operate station, c-store, car wash at Newark airport
JERICHO, N.Y. -- GAZ Realty Inc., a developer and operator of "multi-service Super Stations" throughout Long Island and the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), has been awarded, through an request for proposal (RFP) process, the right to design, construct and operate a Super Station at Newark Liberty International Airport.

The site is located off Express Road leading to terminals A, B and C. The site will feature a gas station, convenience store, car wash, light auto repair, and towing services. As part of the Port Authority's plans to "Go Green," the station [image-nocss] will offer environmentally friendly fuel "Bio Diesel" at this location.

This site will service the current 25,000 airport staff estimated to increase to 33,000 by 2010, travelers, taxis, and rental car companies to name a few. Newark airport had over 33 million visitors in 2005.

George Abi Zeid, president and CEO of GAZ Realty, said, "It's our first entry into an Airport Authority, and we plan to make this location a showcase for future sites throughout the country. The revenues for this site are projected to be in excess of $25 million annually."

Alan Abi Zeid, vice president of business development for GAZ Realty, added, "We expect to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2009."

GAZ Realty is a Super Station and office space developer in the New York Tri-State area. It purchases, designs, constructs and manages/operates real-estate properties throughout Long Island and the Tri State Area.
