Getty Realty Promotes Dicker to Vice President

Continues as general counsel, corporate secretary

JERICHO, N.Y. -- Leo Liebowitz, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Getty Realty Corp., said that the directors unanimously approved the election of Joshua Dicker to the office of vice president. Dicker continues to serve as general counsel and corporate secretary, positions he has held since joining the company.

"I am very pleased to announce this promotion, a recognition of Josh's significant contributions to Getty," said Liebowitz. "He has proven himself to be a valuable member of the Getty team."

Before joining Getty, Dicker was in private practice [image-nocss] for 20 years, most recently as a corporate partner of the national law firm Arent Fox, LLP, resident in its New York City office.

Getty Realty Corp. is the largest publicly-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) in the United States specializing in ownership and leasing of convenience store/gas station properties and petroleum distribution terminals. The Jericho, N.Y.-based company owns and leases approximately 1,050 properties throughout the United States. It leases approximately 90% of its properties to Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. on a long-term net basis. The other properties are leased to individual operators and petroleum distributors.
