Hurley Joins Butler Capital

Fuels, carwash vet to lead wash, station, c-store programs

HUNT VALLEY, Md. -- Carol Hurley, former carwash category manager and car care specialist with both equipment distributor PWI Inc. and ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing, has joined national lender Butler Capital Corp. as head of the company's car care and convenience-and-gasoline financing units.

In this role, Hurley will develop relationships with U.S. manufacturers and distributors of equipment used in the petroleum and carwash industries to create loan and lease programs for their customers.

In her role at ExxonMobil, Hurley served [image-nocss] as global and U.S. car wash advisor. Earlier, she was employed as area sales manager for the country's largest car was equipment manufacturer, Ryko Manufacturing, and, still earlier, worked for Atlantic Refining & Marketing, former Sunoco Inc. subsidiary and a Philadelphia-based operator of gas stations.

Hunt Valley, Md.-based Butler Capital is an independent, national funder that provides general business loans and leases. Its lending teams specialize in the fast-casual franchise restaurant, car wash, convenience store, gas station, drycleaning and office furnishings/equipment markets. In addition, Butler maintains an active lessor/broker unit to purchase individual transactions and portfolios from brokers, lessors and financial institutions nationwide and a sales finance unit that works with manufacturers to fund their customers' purchase of goods and services.
