ICE' Your Phone

Firm develops retail package for emergency alert sticker
ATLANTA -- ICE-ER LLC has developed a retail package for its ICE Sticker visual alert in an effort to drive the global ICE Your Phone campaign, which encourages citizens to enter their emergency contacts into their mobile phones under the heading of "ICE," an acronym for "In Case of Emergency." The ICE Sticker visual alert increases awareness to emergency responders that the individual has established a communication protocol.

The package will be available for placement in stores across the United States this fall and includes three ICE Sticker visual alerts along with instructions [image-nocss] on how to ICE a phone. The package is designed for maximum merchandising flexibility as it can be placed on a counter, on a peg or inline on a shelf.

"This product will fit into a special place within a retailer's assortment. It helps them promote a great movement, while providing healthy margins. Connecting with the communities these stores serve builds good will. This package should serve as a great PR tool for those retailers that carry it," said James Pendegraft, founder of Atlanta-based ICE-ER.

"The ICE Sticker visual alert is in over 40 countries around the world and has only been distributed via our website, www.icesticker.com. The need to expand the availability of this potential life saving item was clear. Our retail package does just that," added Martin Howell, managing partner.
