And TA gets new CFO

HUNT VALLEY, Md. -- Butler Capital Corp. has promoted Shirah Kellman to the position of business development manager. Kellman assumes oversight of the company's Car Care Finance and Convenience & Gas Finance divisions.

Kellman joined the company in 1996 with 15 years' experience in the financial services industry. Initially hired as Butler Capital's marketing manager, she joined the car care and convenience store lending team in 2004. Prior to joining Butler Capital, Kellman was employed by Allstate Leasing as a lease administrator and at Signet Leasing and Financing Corp. as marketing manager. She is Butler Capital's liaison to several industry, trade and professional organizations.

Hunt Valley, Md.-based Butler Capital has been a direct business lender since its establishment 1978. Its loans and leases fund equipment purchases, business acquisitions and business expansions.

Separately, Westlake, Ohio-based TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) said that Andrew J. Rebholz, 42, has been elected executive vice president, treasurer and CFO for the truckstop chain. Previously, he was senior vice president and controller. John R.
