MCCOOK, Neb. -- Kugler Co. has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its five K-Stores convenience stores and gas stations business to Colorado Retail Ventures Services LLC. K-Stores will be renamed Eagle Travel Stops & Convenience Stores.
The five store locations include St. Francis, Kansas, Leoti, Kansas, McCook, Neb., Arapahoe, Neb., and the original location in Culbertson, Neb.
The stores offer Hot Stuff Pizza.
Plans for expansion include Cenex branding and upgrades to existing facilities.
The company has also announced that it will retain all of the staff.
