The retailer is inviting customers to stop by during opening week to enjoy fresh pizza for only $1 a slice.

The company designed the new store to provide fast and friendly service for customers, with a "Go Fresh Market" offering a wide array of freshly made items. Options include made-to-order pizzas, baked goods, and breakfast and deli sandwiches--all prepared daily in Kum & Go's new onsite kitchen.

Outside, a wide array of fuel offerings, including E85, diesel and premium gasoline, gives customers more choices and value at the pump.

Kum & Go stores are saving energy and water through the company's commitment to sustainable practices. New stores, such as the one opening in Bentonville, are designed, constructed and submitted for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Kum & Go currently has 62 LEED-certified stores, with 17 additional projects under construction, which it said is the most of any convenience retailer in the nation.

Family-owned Kum & Go, based in West Des Moines, Iowa, has more than 420 convenience stores in 11 states (Iowa, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming).
