Magnificent White Hen Reopens

New design dubbed Store on the Future

OAK BROOK, Ill. -- White Hen Pantry Inc. opened its newest prototype in a remodeled store in downtown Chicago within the Bernadine Building. Steps from the Magnificent Mile, White Hen has updated the store inside and out, according to the company. The new store's design, dubbed White Hen's Store of the Future, will be the model for all subsequent White Hen locations.

We are excited to see some of the loyal White Hen customers back and new customers visiting our store on a daily basis, said Brandon Barnholt, CEO of Oak Brook, Ill.-based White Hen [image-nocss] Pantry. They are excited to see our new offeringsRed Bull Rush and Monster Mango Polar Blends, Pantry Select salads and the 12 new Hot & Fresh toasted-to-order sandwichesto name a few. We can tell they missed the convenience of having their White Hen.

New design and function elements include a fountain-drink station with 16 different fountain drinks and four flavor shots to allow customers to mix and match their drinks as they wish. Also included is a new barista station for espresso, caf a latte and cappuccino drinks and an aisle of organic and natural foods.
