Mapco Announces New Leadership Team

Scoggins takes lead role in the new Mapco Express company

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Andy Scoggins will take the lead role in the new Mapco Express company, which debuted this month as Chile's Compania de Petroleos de Chile (COPEC) completed its purchase of the convenience-store chain from Delek U.S. Holdings.

Scoggins, who joined Mapco from Ruby Tuesday in February 2014, was named chief executive officer. He was vice president of culinary and beverage for five years at Ruby Tuesday and brought into Mapco where he was vice president of food and beverages, establishing a food-forward culture as the industry moved toward foodservice as a key differentiator.

Other executive positions:

  • Dave DeSerio – chief operations officer
  • Michael Martin – vice president of human resources
  • Kevin Brunger – vice president of information and technology
  • Jud Roper – vice president of accounting and finance
