Trax Retail Solutions appoints sales VP

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Trax Retail Solutions, which provides loss prevention, store operations control and profit optimization solutions for the retail industry, has appointed Mike Kienzlen as the company's vice president of sales.

Kienzlen, who most recently served as vice president of customer profitability services, spent 22 years in the retail food industry before joining Trax in 1995. As vice president of sales, Kienzlen will oversee sales strategy, sales training and customer relationships, building upon an existing solid foundation of supermarket, [image-nocss] convenience store, drug store and general retail customers.

Mike's industry knowledge and customer relationships are perfectly suited to drive Trax to the next level, said Ron Southard, executive vice president at Trax. Our growth over the past year has opened opportunities for Kienzlen that will make his new position critical to our continued success.
