Royal Buying Group Debuts C-Store Training Services

New division to offer full slate of courses

LISLE, Ill. -- Royal Buying Group Inc. (RBG) has announced that it has launched a new division of the company, named C-Store Training Services. RBG said C-Store Training Services seeks to be the premier training company for the c-store industry. Available course categories include Business Planning, Food Service, Site Operations/Operational Efficiencies, Loss Prevention/Inventory Management, Multi-Store Operations and more.

According to Michael Zielinski, President/CEO of Royal Buying Group, Inc., "C-Store Training Services will provide the highest level of educational [image-nocss] products with select industry experts providing the complete retail instruction and business coaching to the convenience retailing channel. We have aligned with the best companies and will be able to offer the most educational products for the industry, provided by a network of industry veterans."

Robert Razowsky, RBG's executive director, added, "One of the biggest challenges of operating stores today is the constant transition of staff. Having a one-stop shop for training services will not only allow retailers to have a quicker method of orientating new employees, but other motivational classes available to help create long-term, quality employees."

C-Store Training Services will be presenting "Operational EfficienciesConsistency in Operation" at the Independent C-Store Expo to be held on March 18, 2010, at the Burr Ridge Marriott, Burr Ridge, Ill. This class will be presented by Mark Wells of LJT Management.
