Rutter's Opens Doors to 57th Location

5,700-square-foot store is one of Pa. chain's largest

YORK, Pa. -- The 57th store in Rutter's Farms Stores' expanding chain of convenience stores opened its doors this week in Loganville, Pa., the company has announced.

The 5,700-square-foot store, located just off Route 83 in southern York County, Pa., has added 35 jobs to the local economy.

Rutter's will make donations to four Loganville-area charities; the JLS Recreation Association, the Loganville Fire Company, the Goodwill Fire Co. and the Jacobus Lions Ambulance Club.

Open 24 hours a day, the store, which is one of the largest in the Rutter's chain, features 18 automobile fueling positions, four automotive diesel fueling positions and three dedicated diesel truck fueling spaces.

Customers can order what 2012 "Best of York" voters named York County's Best Quick Service Lunch (see Related Content below for previous CSP Daily News coverage), along with breakfast, dinner and anything in between from touch screen kiosks. There will also be an in-store seating area for 20 people and equipped with free Wi-Fi service and a TV.

A York County family-owned business since 1921, Rutter's Farm Stores has 57 convenience stores located in six counties--York, Lancaster, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin and Franklin counties--throughout central Pennsylvania.
