VERNON HILLS, Ill. -- Scotsman Ice Systems announces the appointment of Marty Montagne as vice president sales and marketing.
While new to the foodservice industry, Montagne brings with him a broad range of management experience that includes engineering, sales, marketing, service and total profit-and-loss management of multiple branch locations, the company said.
He comes to Scotsman after 18 years at York International, where his most recent position was regional director, responsible for eight offices, 250 employees and total [image-nocss] profit-and-loss responsibility. He has been involved in cross-functional new product development teams, managed complex channel issues and was responsible for detailed business analysis.
Vernon Hills, Ill.-based Scotsman Ice Systems, an Enodis Corp. member, is a full-line manufacturer of ice machines and offers a variety of ice forms, machine sizes, storage bin sizes, icemaker dispensers and ice-only dispensers.
