CHICAGO -- Seven convenience stores with gasoline are on the market in Michigan with a five-year transportation agreement and optional supply agreements.
Six of the sites are being sold with real estate, and one will be sold business and improvements only. Two sites in Alma and Ithaca are being sold branded as Marathon, and the remaining five sites in Alma, Chesaning, Alpena (2) and Edmore will be sold privately branded.
The locations are being sold by NRC Realty Advisors LLC, Chicago, through a sealed bid sale in a buy one, some [image-nocss] or all format with bids due on Thursday, November 3. NRC has prepared a color sales brochure and individual property-specific packages for each property. The packages contain store-level information and bidding terms of sale. Packets are $35 for a hard copy and $25 for a CD-ROM.
