Wilson Farms Hires Two

Durfee, Gregory join N.Y. retailer

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms Inc. recently appointed Sue Durfee as category manager and Joshua Gregory as public relations/communications coordinator.

Durfee brings more than 25 years of experience in category management to Wilson Farms and is responsible for the sales and marketing of dairy and frozen goods as well as general merchandise including candy and automotive products. After spending 13 years as a merchandising buyer at Tripifoods, Durfee then went on to Tops Markets as a category manager for the next 9 years. Most recently she has [image-nocss] been with Delaware North Cos., also as a category manager.

As public relations/communications coordinator, Gregory joins the Wilson Farms team after spending 10 years in local media and public relations. He has served as director of media relations for the Buffalo Destroyers and as public relations coordinator for Nextel Partners. Gregory has also worked as a talk show host, producer and reporter for WGR, 550 AM and WBEN 930 AM. In his new position, he is accountable for company communications efforts including media relations, community outreach programs, internal communications and preparation of special events.
