TEMPLE, Texas -- Wendy Woods has been appointed to the position of director of marketing for all convenience stores operated by Strasburger Enterprises Inc., the company has announced.
Except for a short hiatus in the late 1990s, Woods has been with Strasburger Enterprises for almost 30 years, having risen through the ranks from a store manager position. She has held every operations position in the company and has served as project manager for Strasburger Enterprises' consulting business, said the company.
In addition to its chain of more than 40 owned stores in Texas, Strasburger [image-nocss] Enterprises operates c-stores, quick-service restaurants (QSRs), car washes and other ancillary profit centers for oil companies, distributors and financial institutions nationwide.
Strasburger Enterprises is headquartered in Temple, Texas. It has interests in small-format retail operations, farming and ranching, insurance and banking, fuel distribution and travel and leisure. The company also offers global convenience, petroleum and foodservice industry-related training, consulting services and market research.
