CLEARWATER, Fla. -- AccuStore, a provider of site intelligence for retailers, has released its latest software and app update. The new version boosts field team efficiency with upgrades to some of their most-used, time-saving functions for store visits.
The enhancements include survey scoring with reporting and exporting function enhancements and mass photo-capture capability.
“The new survey scoring functionality will aid our customers on store audits,” said Brandon Lederer, AccuStore product manager. “The ability to grade foodservice or store performance on a numerical scale helps our customers set the bar for quality and drives better store-level analytics for comparison.”
It includes a respondent summary report that is automatically emailed to the survey originator once the survey is complete. It will include percentages and point totals, as well as the ability to download the information into a PDF or Excel format to graph trends.
“Photos are a big part of social media and are becoming a bigger part of the way we share business information, too,” said Lederer. “Our retail customers increasingly want to use photos to document, so photo capture is one of our most popular features for field use. This upgrade allows users to drag and drop images to be uploaded.”
AccuStore helps retailers gain store-level intelligence to enhance operations, marketing, facilities management and human resources. Its enhanced store profiling technology helps consumer-facing businesses access real-time information about every site. AccuStore customizes a database of site-level details and stores it securely on a cloud-based platform with a web interface and mobile app for 24/7 access. The mobile app enables managers to turn their strategic plans into store-level results on the go.
