Bringing Talent to The Pantry

Retailer working with Deploy to streamline hiring

SANFORD, N.C. -- The Pantry Inc. has selected Deploy Solutions, a provider of talent management solutions for market-leading corporations, to help it improve workforce quality with Deploy's hourly recruiting and talent management solutions.

The large regional retailer selected Deploy's convenience store solution to help the company reduce turnover, enhance career opportunities for employees, and drive a paperless employment process.

Using Deploy's C-Store Advantage, The Pantry can better position itself in front of active and [image-nocss] passive job seekers, and streamline the process of identifying and hiring high-quality candidates, Newton, Mass.-based Deploy said. Applicants can use a kiosk or web solution to apply for an available position, which helps achieve consistency and compliance in the application process.
