Cybera, Titan Cloud Collaborate

Titan's fuel monitoring software now accessible through Cybera's secure application platform

NASHVILLE, Tenn. & BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Cybera Inc. and Titan Cloud Software LLC recently announced that they have teamed up to provide convenience fuel retailers with secure access to Titan's advanced remote fuel monitoring and environmental compliance software through Cybera's secure application platform, Cybera ONE.

They expect convenience stores will realize benefits from the combined solution, including plug-and-play installation that can be completed by in-store personnel; high availability for business continuity with 3G/4G wireless backup; secure 24/7 access to tank information, including inventory and alarms; fuel run-out projections based on historical trending; on-demand inventory reconciliation and reporting; and ability to subscribe to additional cloud apps to meet environmental compliance and facility maintenance needs.

The Cybera/Titan solution is available immediately for Ethernet-enabled tank gauge systems. An embedded serial interface solution will be available soon to reduce serial to IP conversion costs.

Greg Merriman, co-owner of Tiger Management Group is excited about the joint solution as it will further simplify network operations at the company's convenience store locations throughout the Southeast. The company currently uses the solution for their Exxon-branded locations and is excited about deploying the cost-effective embedded serial interface solution at their other branded locations.

"Cybera and Titan remove some of the headaches from our business," said Merriman. "Titan and Cybera provide solutions that highly complement our business by providing secure payment processing, fuel operations, and environmental reporting. They are trusted partners and we are excited about expanding this joint solution to our stores."

Titan's software applications will leverage the Cybera ONE platform. Through the Cybera ONE architecture, c-stores can subscribe to additional Titan Cloud Software modules as their businesses grow.

"This partnership combines the most reputable network provider with best-in-class industry software to deliver real value to fuel retailers everywhere," said Rob Boughton, director of marketing for Titan Cloud Software. "Through it, clients have secure network access and visibility into their inventory, compliance, and facility information, including fuel tank levels, active alarms, release detection, permits, and testing data," added Boughton.

Cybera ONE is quickly becoming the premier network solution for the next-generation convenience store. In March, Shell announced its stores will be replacing their legacy VSAT solution with the broadband-based Cybera ONE by the end of the year. Other industry giants such as ExxonMobil are offering Cybera ONE as a preferred broadband solution to enable applications such as tank monitoring.

"Cybera is excited to add Titan Cloud Software's cloud applications to our Cybera ONE platform," said Cliff Duffey, Cybera president and CEO. "This is another valuable suite of industry solutions now available to convenience store retailers who want to improve their business operations and reduce their network costs."
