EPM is a modular set of tools designed for the convenience store and fuel industries to enable them to better manage their business from a strategic, tactical and operational perspective.
Using MicroStrategy, Pinnacle's EPM solution provides retailers with [image-nocss] access to their point-of-sale (POS) systems' transaction data to report on merchandise and fuel sales, monitor loss prevention and optimize store operations. MicroStrategy's reporting and analysis tools provide Pinnacle's retail clients with intuitive, Web-based access to critical data and the ability to drill down to individual transactions for greater clarity and insights. In addition, Pinnacle's clients can broadcast events, alerts and notifications to field personnel who can promptly take action.
