Marketers select ExecuTrak, StoreTrak

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Melzer's Fuel Service Inc., Painesville, Ohio; Somerset Fuel Co., Somerset, Pa.; and US Global Fuels Ltd., Stafford, Texas, have purchased FACTOR ExecuTrak, a Microsoft Windows-based business management software system designed to streamline operations and improve productivity for wholesale and retail petroleum marketers.

Also, Buchanan Energy, Omaha, Neb.; High Pointe Oil Co. Inc., Lansing, Mich.; and McKenzie Oil Co. Inc., Eufaula, Ala., have selected FACTOR StoreTrak, FACTOR's convenience store automation module.

StoreTrak, introduced in 2005, is a web-based backoffice c-store system offering scanning and inventory management features. By using the Internet, FACTOR StoreTrak provides closer management of store operations at the corporate level, leading to more control, improved margins and increased profits, it said.

Oklahoma City-based FACTOR, a division of W.R. Hess Co., provides petroleum marketing and convenience store automation, offering companies accounting, c-store, retail, wholesale and fuel management business solutions.
