FACTOR Adds Three

Ellis, Stewart, Mbau join software firm

OKLAHOMA CITY -- FACTOR, a division of W.R. Hess Co., has named Robert F. Ellis as Midwest region manager.

He is responsible for quarterly sales goals, conducting surveys and demonstrations and presenting software solutions to new prospects.

Prior to joining FACTOR, Ellis held a position as managing partner for OMVOY International, where he was responsible for business development in many industries.

Also, the firm has appointed Kate Stewart as vice president of professional services. She will oversee [image-nocss] all FACTOR client implementations, training, best practices consulting services, and the FACTOR University continuing education program.

Previously, Stewart held a position as account manager for WideOrbit, a software provider for broadcasting companies. At WideOrbit, she was responsible for project management, client training and seminar presentations.

Prior to WideOrbit, Stewart held several management positions with Encoda Systems Inc., a provider of software solutions and services to TV stations and networks worldwide. While at Encoda, Stewart developed and maintained all client training and installations, implemented a corporate training program, and managed a department of 40 consultants.

And FACTOR has hired Susan Mbau as manager of professional services. She will assist in product configuration, data conversion, operation reviews, requirements analysis and specification development. She will also conduct specialized product training and assist in business process analysis and improvement.

Prior to joining FACTOR, Mbau held a position as SAP FI-CO consultant for Global Consulting Group and as research grant consultant for Veteran Research and Education Foundation.

Oklahoma City-based FACTOR offers a variety of modular software solutions and services for the wholesale and retail petroleum marketing industries, all powered by the FACTOR ExecuTrak corporate system. It provides accounting, convenience store, retail, wholesale and fuel management business solutions.
