FireKing Launches Service Program

Web-based reports, one point of contact

NEW ALBANY, Ind. Security and loss prevention firm FireKing Security Group has announced the availability of FireKing Advantage, an offering that provides retailers with a service program for their safes and cash handling equipment.

Retailers who join the FireKing Advantage will benefit from the program's level pricing to control locksmiths' costs, consistent responsiveness from the large support staff, quality control assurance associated with the FireKing brand, web-based access to reports of service activity and one point of contact systemwide at [image-nocss] www.fireking.com/advantage.

According to Van Carlisle, CEO of FireKing Security Group, "We are currently the only safe manufacturer in North America with a nationwide field service organization, and we want our retail customers to really be able to take advantage of that. We also service any and all brands of safes, not just the ones we sell."

FireKing Security Group includes a customer loyalty program to retailers who join FireKing Advantage. For each dollar spent on service, a percentage of spending will be accrued in account that can be used by the retailer to purchase a new FireKing Security Group brand safe.

New Albany, Ind.-based FireKing Security Group manufacturers, markets and sells a total of nine brands that encompass a variety of security solutions.The brands include FireKing fireproof files and safes; Adesco, EXL, McGunn, Meilink, and Gary home, office and commercial safes; NKL and PerfectCash cash-handling and cash-validating products; and Image Vault digital video security solutions.
