Hub City Selects FuelQuest's Fuel Management System

Kendrick Oil division automates fuel inventory and invoice reconciliation
LUBBOCK, Texas -- Hub City Convenience Stores Inc., a division of Kendrick Oil Co., has selected FuelQuest Inc.'s Fuel Management System (FMS) solution and services. Established in 2008, Hub City operates 22 convenience stores under the ConocoPhillips, Valero and ALON/FINA brands in Texas and New Mexico. The company will use FMS to automate its fuel inventory and invoice reconciliation processes improving operational efficiencies and increasing fuel margins.

FMS powers the largest bulk fuel management network in North America, providing FuelQuest customers with an end-to-end solution that lowers the cost of procuring, managing and accounting for fuel.

FMS will streamline Hub City Convenience Stores' fuel operations by providing: Just-in-time inventory management to prevent runouts and retains. Accurate supplier invoice reconciliation accounting for price, freight and tax. Enhanced compliance accuracy and efficiency, mitigating risk.
