KSS Fuels Launches 'Client Success' Initiative

Appoints VPs to head up new department; also names CTO, CFO, more

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- KSS Fuels has launched a new global initiative designed to help clients maximize the benefits of their relationship with the company. Client Success is a dedicated department of industry, pricing and location intelligence subject matter experts, available to all KSS Fuels clients to ensure they are able to get the most value from their use of KSS Fuels' products and services.

Client Success will augment clients' existing capabilities by offering insight, proactive recommendations or practical support to ensure they protect their existing business and capitalize on the opportunities while taking care of day-to-day operations.
The Client Success department is structured geographically and led by two industry veterans with comprehensive pricing and location intelligence expertise gained from working with clients in more than 80 countries. Scott Barrett will lead the team assigned to North America and Beth Yates will lead the Europe and Rest of World team, both as vice presidents of their respective areas. Together with their team they represent decades of relevant industry experience.

"Assisting our clients to be able to get the most out of KSS Fuels products and services is our primary goal. Using our extensive experience to date with the products, worldwide markets and clients, we will deliver informed and supportive service to our existing client base. Our partnership approach will be proactive in providing recommendations and business insight," said Yates.

Earlier this month, KSS Fuels announced the addition of resources and an expansion of its management team to drive business growth. Adrian Preston joined the executive management team are as chief technology officer and Brad Ormsby joined as CFO.

Preston brings a wealth of experience in software development, IT infrastructure and service delivery management to the company. Ormsby joins the company from Eurovestech plc, an AIM-quoted technology investment business, and brings extensive knowledge and expertise of the technology sector together with a strong financial background gained from nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

To further align company resources with its growth strategy, the company has announced that Anila Siraj will take responsibility for managing the scientific roadmap and research activities as vice president science and research and will immediately recruit additional resources to the team. In addition, the company added new resources to its development, client services, support and project delivery functions.

Meanwhile, KSS Fuels said that for the ninth consecutive year, it has retained its Gold Certified Partnership with Microsoft, reflecting its position among the top 5% of Microsoft partners.

Renewing at the highest partner program level recognizes KSS Fuels' competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and represents the closest working relationship with Microsoft. As the only Gold partner dedicated to location and pricing intelligence solutions, KSS Fuels will continue to benefit from privileged access to Microsoft technologies, exclusive technical assistance and participation in beta programs in order to deliver appropriate technology innovations that ultimately benefit its clients.

KSS Fuels, which became the first pricing technology and services company to attain this level of partnership eight years ago, achieved Gold competency in ISV/Software Solutions, acknowledging its ability to demonstrate service readiness, proficiency and the capacity for deploying solutions built on Microsoft technology.
