KSS Releases PriceNet Dealer Pricing System

Delivers efficient pricing, contract management

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- KSS, a global supplier of fuel pricing analytics, execution, and optimization systems, announced the release of PriceNet Dealer Pricing, an extension to its core PriceNet price management system.

PriceNet Dealer Pricing supports wholesale distributors and jobbers supplying dealers by helping them to consistently and accurately generate fuel supply prices according to pre-defined contract terms and current market conditions.

To stay in-touch with, and rapidly respond to, key changes in competitor prices, replacement costs and other pricing triggers, PriceNet [image-nocss] Dealer Pricing provides an automated price-generation platform, leaving analysts to deal with exceptions. With key contract data held within the system as pricing rules, operators can be assured that they are compliant with agreed terms as well as being notified of significant milestones, such as contract renewal dates, thus minimizing price disputes and enhancing relations with their dealer customers.

Straightforward integration with existing systems allows for new price proposals to be sent directly to dealers via e-mail, fax, dedicated Web portal or other communication mechanisms. A full suite of business intelligence tools and customizable reports ensures fuel suppliers can continuously monitor contract compliance and other key performance indicators.

“PriceNet Dealer Pricing is a valuable addition to our core retail fuels pricing application and is aimed at reinforcing the relationship between suppliers and their dealers by ensuring both parties comply with their agreements and prices are accurately and swiftly implemented in response to market volatility,” said Bob Stein, KSS chief executive officer and president.

KSS, Florham Park, N.J., is a leading provider of pricing analytics, price management, rules-based pricing and optimization technology and services to fuel retailers and wholesalers in the oil and gas, convenience store, grocery and big box retail industries.
