Customer advisory board provides opportunity to effect product direction

CINCINNATI -- KSS Retail has developed a tiered advisory service program to enhance its existing service platform, in order to provide specialized one-on-one senior level consultation with the goal of optimizing retail customer's investments and to achieve key strategic objectives.

KSS Retail Advisory Services is highly strategic and seeks to move beyond tactical implementation.

The KSS Advisory Services offering can be customized per client, and also includes the option to become a member of its Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
