Maverik Implements POPRender

Generates store-specific illustration of each site
NORTH SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- Maverik Country Stores Inc. has implemented point-of-purchase (POP) marketing solutions provider GSP Marketing Technologies' POPRender software to ensure accurate store-level execution of Maverik's POP marketing program. For each promotional period, Maverik will use POPRender to generate a 100% store-specific illustration of each site that includes the exact POP shipped to the store, displayed in the exact locations defined by category managers.

"We believe POPRender will dramatically increase the effectiveness of our store-level marketing program [image-nocss] and save our store associates time by providing them with an accurate illustration of exactly how we intend to implement our POP program in their store," said Scott Shakespeare, director of marketing for Maverik. "POPRender will enable our marketing team to control the messages delivered to customers by controlling placement of POP."

GSP's POPRender simplifies execution of complex marketing plans by automatically generating store-specific illustrations of each site that include POP marketing materials for a given sales period. Through a drag-and-drop interface, POPRender enables users to create renderings of various store facings (storefronts, pump locations, vault doors, and food service areas) and position POP to be displayed in those areas. POPRender then marries store-specific facings with current promotional data to generate 100% store-specific and promotion-specific POP placement guides. POPRender even considers more permanent signage and "rollover" promotions which run for extended periods of time. The end result is a store-specific "POP Roadmap" that store personnel can easily understand when they install their promotional POP.
