OKLAHOMA CITY -- Love's Travel Stops has announced time-saving new features to its Love's Connect mobile application for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry smart phones.
The enhanced Love's Connect mobile app provides professional truck drivers with My Love Rewards loyalty point balances within minutes of their last purchase.
The upgrade also shows a driver's remaining diesel gallons needed to obtain platinum rewards status, which includes free showers and drink refills inside Love's stores. The new version of Love's Connect provides drivers with a route planning tool and a professional driver mode to separate travel stop locations with commercial diesel fuel from smaller country store locations.
"At Love's, our number one focus is to listen to drivers and help make their lives on the road more rewarding," said Dave Frankenfield, director of marketing for Love's. "The latest Love's Connect app gives professional drivers more of what they ask for: easier access to My Love Rewards point balances and better placement of the info they need on the go: locations and routes, fuel pricing and station codes for billing reference."
Love's Connect search options are enhanced with more preferences so drivers can find the exact locations, fuel and amenities they need quickly. Graphics in the app are larger for improved reading, and instant connect buttons were added to directly contact a Love's store or the customer service team.
The Love's Connect mobile app debuted in June 2011. In addition to the new enhancements, the app features instant roadside assistance calling, fuel and DEF pricing by store, location amenities, restaurant offerings and optional deal alerts sent directly to the user's phone.
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is based in Oklahoma City. With more than 290 locations and 150 truck tire care centers in 39 states, Love's approximate growth rate is 20 stores per year.
