NORFOLK, Va. -- Outsite Networks Inc. has released its next-generation loyalty marketing technology. The new technology named In-Touch provides many new features and benefits for marketers implementing the loyalty marketing system.
In-Touch features wireless communications between the site controller and the dispenser Touch-Points greatly reducing product and installation costs. In addition, the In-Touch system now offers audio inside the store (as well as at the dispenser), at the point of purchase. The In-Store Touch-Point provides short audio messages [image-nocss] that prompt membership enrollment and usage of the program while taking pressure off of cashiers/clerks.
The company also announced a major enhancement to its rewards module. New features support bonus points (i.e., double-points cash, Wednesdays or product) for payment types, days or by item. Fuel rewards for cents back by membership level, payment type, product/item and monthly basket.
In-Touch also allows for integration of the company's new and popular FuelPass program that identifies qualified fuel members at the pump to be preauthorized significantly reducing fuel theft.
The new In-Touch Loyalty Marketing system technology has already been installed in over 300 locations that consist of over 5,000 Touch-Points, said Anton Baker, CEO of Norfolk, Va.-based Outsite Networks.
The company is introducing the new technology at the upcoming NACStech show in Nashville, Tenn., on May 23-24.
